After inserting the phone number, the user will be prompted to validate his/her phone number, user will receive short message with pin code verification to proceed with successful. After the above done successfully, the user will be able to request any service by filling the required field for that specific service. After receiving the needed inserted details by App user, an SMS message will be sent to confirm the service pricing deduction, after that the user will have the service response on his mobile application and via SMS as well. Application user, can browse different categories as well over the Application such as “National Call Center, Touristic Places, My Account, Directory, Ask Government” At any time, the user can change the Application language Arabic/English.
