Bicielx is a municipal public bicycle transport service promoted by the Elche City Council and managed by Promociones e Iniciativas Municipales de Elche S.A. (PIMESA). Bicielx provides citizens and visitors with an automated, personalized transport system, enabling them to travel around the city center through a bicycle rental service. With this app, you can manage your account, view the status of your bike racks, and view/request bicycle rentals.
