TaxiBilbao gidariak

TaxiBilbao Gidariak is the official application of the municipal taxi service for non-associated taxi drivers of the Bilbao City Council, designed to facilitate the operation of the services contracted through the TaxiBilbao application. Non-associated taxi drivers can register and start service so that TaxiBilbao can assign clients to them. The application allows you to receive service requests, review the collection point and accept the service. Once accepted, if necessary, taxi drivers can contact the person requesting the service directly through the TaxiBilbao Gidariak application. In addition, taxi drivers can review the status of stops to verify which ones are busy and, if the application does not detect it automatically, manually indicate whether they are circulating or at a stop. They also have the option to consult the history of services performed with TaxiBilbao Gidariak and the amounts charged. The application is compatible with the Bluetooth system provided by the city council, which uses the GPS location and the availability status (free or busy) of the taxi driver, avoiding sending notifications when it is in service.
