Digital social and healthcare services of the Wellbeing Services County of Central Finland The OmaHyvaks app provides access to the digital social and healthcare services of the Wellbeing Services County of Central Finland 24/7. For example, you can communicate with a social or healthcare professional. You can act on behalf of your child or a close one. Acting on behalf of a person under 18 years of age does not require separate authorization. Authorization is required when acting on behalf of family members over 18 years of age or other individuals in both social and healthcare services. Please note that the services in the OmaHyvaks app are not intended for emergency situations. In an emergency, always call 112.
