The house folder improves your living comfort by bringing all housing-related information to the electronic transaction channel. Your well-being and living comfort is also our business! We are constantly thinking about how to improve living comfort by bringing more information and functionalities to your fingertips. There are many factors that affect the comfort of living and one of the most important is that the various parties in the housing association are aware of the housing association’s issues. As a channel for electronic transactions, we create an opportunity for you to receive information and handle housing-related matters at a convenient time for you, regardless of location. You can make announcements and orders to your property manager at the most convenient time for you and, of course, regardless of location. In addition, we bring the opportunity to get information about your living environment, and with one login you can access the information provided by all your housing association partners centrally. In our view, each housing association has its own community and each community has its own state of mind on how to develop the living comfort of the community forward. Therefore, the electronic transaction channel we offer can be expanded taking into account the needs of your housing association.
