My Medication List is an easy-to-use, reliable and secure mobile application that keeps your own or closely related medication information with you at all times. The application was designed and developed by a Finnish pharmacist, in collaboration with pharmacy customers, to support the safe and effective implementation of your medication treatment in everyday life. My Medication List helps you remember the right medications and doses, monitor the adequacy of your medication supplies and plan pharmacy visits in advance. Why My Medication List? • DEVELOPED BY A PHARMACIST: An application designed by a Finnish pharmaceutical professional to support medication treatment. • ALWAYS WITH YOU: Your medication list and nutritional supplements are always with you on your phone. • SECURE AND ANONYMOUS: The application does not collect your sensitive personal information (such as your personal ID). You can create lists under pseudonyms. • SMART STOCK COUNTER: The application calculates how many days of treatment the medicine is enough for based on the dosage instructions, and reminds you to buy a new batch in time (e.g. within the KELA reimbursement limits). • DOSAGE REMINDER: You will receive a push notification when it is time to take the medicine, and you can easily acknowledge that it has been taken. • SHARED MEDICATION LISTS: Share the medication list with family members, caregivers or loved ones.
