Pilates with Purpose is the first online Pilates platform created in Portugal. The app's purpose is to offer Pilates classes for everyone, regardless of age, level, physical condition, life stage, or associated pathology. Classes have various levels, and exercises are designed to include adaptations and/or progressions to meet each person's needs and abilities. Created by Joana Gordinho, a certified Pilates instructor, the app was built to bring Pilates classes to more people, breaking down the barriers of geographic distance and allowing everyone to enjoy the benefits of Pilates classes, namely improving their mobility, flexibility, posture, core strength, core, and limbs, allowing them to take classes wherever and whenever they want. And, above all, to become more active and healthy people.
