APP WORKOUTS WITH VIDEO The Avida app will guide you through workouts step-by-step while also recording your movements, which you and your coach can review anytime. STAY MOTIVATED & SUPPORTED You'll never again feel like you are alone in your fitness journey. Your coach will always always be there with you to support and motivate you. You can choose to synchronize your Health app data with Avida in order to display daily activity summaries within Avida, as well as to share these summaries with your coach. UNPARALLELED FLEXIBILITY You can use Avida at home or on-the-go. Your coach will adapt your workouts to fit your life circumstances, travel plans, and available equipment.
