Reco Covid AP-HP

These recommendations were requested by the general management of the AP-HP to clarify and harmonize the therapeutic management of COVID + patients hospitalized at the AP-HP. Indeed, the accumulation of knowledge on COVID obtained by the experience acquired and the results of clinical trials made it necessary, in the context of the second wave of the current pandemic, to propose a clarification and harmonization of the decision in treatment of hospitalized patients. These recommendations are deliberately synthetic and pragmatic with the aim of facilitating the work of prescribers and health personnel in general, for the benefit of patients. They complement the recommendations already offered in the various AP-HP GHUs. They will be updated every two weeks, if necessary according to the evolution of knowledge, the publication of the results of clinical studies as well as the recommendations of the High Council of Public Health, national and international learned societies. Representatives of the various colleges concerned were contacted (infectious disease specialists, resuscitators, anesthesiologists, geriatricians, emergency physicians), as well as specialists in the management of anti-coagulant treatments and clinical trial coordinators in the context of COVID. under the aegis of COMEDIMS AP-HP and its scientific secretariat.
