Physical activity is the key to avoiding back pain. The Activ’Dos app, created by Health Insurance, helps you take care of your back on a daily basis. For this, the application offers several features. WELCOME Interact with the digital companion who welcomes you during each visit and directs you to the different functionalities of the application. Six questions, which are quick to answer, allow us to offer you priority exercises and sessions adapted to your situation. EXERCISES Discover animated exercises, offered “à la carte” and in the form of sessions prepared for you by doctors and physiotherapists specializing in the subject. You can also write down your favorites and create your own exercise sessions. Select your exercises or sessions according to different criteria: level of difficulty, type of exercise... Schedule reminders to help you stay on track. LIBRARY • Videos to better understand your back Discover that having back pain is not necessarily serious, that it is stronger than you think and that moving is good for your back. • Quizzes to test your knowledge Take quizzes that challenge preconceived ideas and provide concrete information. FOLLOW UP Follow your regularity and take stock of your situation whenever you want. And receive regular encouragement through notifications and reward badges to keep you motivated and exercise regularly.
