The town of Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône is launching its brand new mobile application, SOA ma ville, designed to simplify the lives of its residents and strengthen the link with the municipality. Available free of charge, this intuitive application replaces Thelma, which was dedicated solely to reporting. Now, in addition to easily reporting incidents in the city, users can access all local news, events, public services and administrative procedures in one click.
