Features include: • Offline features/functionality when relevant (ability to create a case or a draft while offline, view previous case (with pull-to-refresh UI)) • Push notifications (no cost to delivery and works outside the app) • Ability to include pictures/videos from phone camera or library • Ability to take in-app pictures/videos using the phone camera or library. The resulting files are not accessible/visible outside the app. • Advanced file uploads • Feature parity with Cloud on all core scenarios (i.e., excluding admin/reporting actions)
