Draw on your watch like the "Etch a Sketch" vintage toys form the 80s. you can swipe up, down to draw vertical line you can swipe left, right to draw horizontal line. the app allow you do draw straight lines only like the toy. The Crown is the scrolling button you can find on the side of the Pixel Watch. You can also use the rotating ring on Samsung Galaxy Watches. This app is for Wear OS
