Newark Connect

Newark Connect is a reporting tool, allowing citizens to identify and report non-emergency neighborhood observations. This app can offer an accurate GPS location to pin-point the location being reported within the City of Newark. The app also provides you a list of categories to choose for the item being reported. Through this app, citizens can also anonymously file reports, complaints, upload photos, and review existing reports. Once an issue is reported, a ticket will be created and routed to the appropriate municipal department as well as the City 4311 center. Citizens can track the status of reported issues and even view observations submitted by others.
