This app is designed to help you get your needs met, inspire hope and self-compassion, and improve relationships during the recovery process. Concussion Coach provides: * Education about concussion * Science-based tools to facilitate emotional, cognitive, and physical healing * Trackers to help you keep tabs on your health over time * Resources for accessing help * A guided plan that offers bite-sized, curated activities and resources to optimize well-being Concussion Coach can be used as a stand-alone self-care and education tool, or to augment care with a healthcare professional. Concussion Coach was created by the National Center for PTSD.
