Strength at Home

Strength at Home is a trauma-informed group program for those who struggle with conflict and anger in relationships and may be at risk for intimate partner violence. If you are enrolled in a weekly Strength at Home group, this app will help you manage your sessions, handouts, and assignments, give you tools to help relax, and track your progress. Strength at Home is not intended to be used as self-help without the guidance of a professional mental healthcare provider. Strength at Home was made by the mobile mental health team of the National Center for PTSD, Dissemination & Training Division.
