[Introduction] This app is designed for parents to help them improve their parenting skills, build a good parent-child relationship and promote family harmony. The app contains 12 comprehensive parenting education units to help parents cope with challenges in parenting. [Features of the app] 1. 12 learning units • Each unit contains parenting stories, reflection questions and answers, parenting knowledge, practical tips and situational exercises to provide parents with a comprehensive learning experience. 2. Parenting stories and reflection questions and answers • Each unit has story sharing and reflection questions and answers to help parents reflect on their existing concepts in parenting. 3. Parenting knowledge • Each unit contains articles published by the Department of Educational Psychology of the Chinese University of Hong Kong to help parents understand the important concepts of building parent-child relationships and the methods of practicing reflective parenting. 4. Practical tips • Provides a variety of practical tools and tips to help parents reflect on their own parenting models and effectively apply the learning content to daily parenting. 5. Situational practice • Through simulated situational practice, parents can practice communication skills with their children in a safe environment.
