This mobile application is owned and implemented by the School of Public Health, University of Hong Kong, and supported by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust's "Datazone Primary Health Care Scheme." The scheme aims to assist overweight and obese individuals in managing their weight, explore the effectiveness of mobile applications in weight management, and integrate weight management intervention strategies from local health centres. The study will assess participants' basic health status and collect relevant data such as diet and physical activity to provide timely healthy living advice. The study duration and service period will be arranged according to the research plan. The main purpose of this application is to assist in collecting relevant data.
