Being a leader can seem like a lonely sport, because the one who runs in front decides the direction. At Forbes, we've been writing about successful leaders and company stories for 10 years. We know that while leaders are diverse, their motivations, character, drivers and dilemmas are much the same. The Forbes Business Club is the number one community for business leaders. A place where the top people in companies can meet and share their problems, experiences and dilemmas in a supportive environment. Themed sessions facilitated by experts will address issues that concern all leaders, such as the role of vision in business development, redesigning for or ahead of the changing market, employee trends, retaining and recruiting the best. The regular monthly meetings focus on a particular area of leadership dilemmas and human behaviour of managers, touching on current business and economic trends in the world and in Hungary. The professional program is delivered by renowned experts in leadership and organizational development, led by Viktor Lénárt.
