Bill Payment This feature allows managers to manage IPL (Leasing Rental Fee), parking, and other facility bills according to their housing/apartment/community needs. Residents/tenants will receive information on their bills and can make payments using the Virtual Account Number on the bill. 2. News/Information This feature allows managers and residents/tenants to share information related to the Apartment/Housing/Community. 3. Customer or Community Complaints This feature allows residents/tenants to submit complaints related to facilities and other issues so that management can follow up on them.
