HTA HRIS

HTA HRIS is a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) application developed internally to support human resource management at PT Harmonics Techindo Agung Karawang. This application is designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in personnel administration processes through an integrated digital system. Through HTA HRIS, employees and management can access various personnel information and services quickly and securely. This application helps companies monitor attendance, manage employee data, and manage other HR administrative processes centrally and in real time. Features available in HTA HRIS include employee data management, attendance and attendance tracking, leave and permit requests, work schedule information, and access to internal company announcements and information. All data is managed with due regard for the security and confidentiality of company information. This application is intended solely for employees and internal parties of PT Harmonics Techindo Agung. Access to the system requires an official account that has been registered and verified by the company.
