The MBG Distribution Application is an official application developed as part of the National Nutrition Fulfillment Information System (SIPGN) to support the distribution of Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) from Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG) to beneficiary locations. This application is used by Distribution PICs as the primary means to monitor, record, and report all MBG delivery activities in a digital, structured, and accountable manner. The development of this application adheres to National Nutrition Agency regulations, which establish the Data and Information Systems Center (Pusdatin) as the information and technology management unit. The MBG Distribution Application is part of efforts to strengthen transparent, monitored, and accountable food distribution governance across all Free Nutritious Meal Program implementation areas. Integrated within the SIPGN Ecosystem The MBG Distribution Application is integrated with other modules within the SIPGN ecosystem to ensure data continuity and traceability of the distribution process, including: - Production Application, to ensure consistency between the quantity of MBG produced and distributed. - Procurement Management Application, to support the linkage of logistics and supply chain data. - Beneficiary Application, to synchronize delivery data, confirm MBG receipt, and report at the distribution endpoint. This integration allows the MBG distribution process to be monitored end-to-end, from delivery from the SPPG kitchen to receipt at the beneficiary location. Key Application Features 1. Food Delivery Reporting Facilitates the recording and reporting of MBG delivery activities, including delivery time, number of portions delivered, and distribution destinations. Delivery data is recorded in real time to support distribution monitoring and evaluation. 2. Used Ompreng Pickup Reporting Supports the recording of the return pick-up of ompreng or food containers after MBG has been consumed, as part of the distribution cycle management and logistics asset control. 3. Distribution Incident Reporting Provides a feature for reporting incidents that occur during the MBG distribution process.
