The SIPGN Production Application is an official application developed as part of the National Nutrition Fulfillment Information System (SIPGN) to support the planning and implementation of the Free Nutritional Meal (MBG) production process at the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) level. This application is used by Production PICs as the primary tool for preparing daily menu plans, managing the cooking process, portioning, and assigning production activities digitally, standardized, and accountably. The development of this application adheres to the National Nutrition Agency's regulations, which assign the Data and Information Systems Center (Pusdatin) as the information and technology management unit. The MBG Production Application serves as a critical foundation for ensuring that the food production process meets established nutritional standards, service capacity, and beneficiary needs. Integrated within the SIPGN Ecosystem The SIPGN Production Application is integrated with various other modules within the SIPGN ecosystem to ensure data continuity from the planning stage to distribution, including: - Menu Planning Application (Menu Planner), as a source of menu plans that serve as a reference for production implementation. - Procurement Management Application, to ensure the availability and suitability of raw materials with menu and production plans. - Distribution Application, to align production quantities and schedules with MBG delivery needs. - Beneficiary Application, to adjust menu and portion planning based on data on the number and categories of beneficiaries. This integration enables the MBG production process to be carried out synchronously with planning and distribution, and to be documented end-to-end within the SIPGN ecosystem. Key Application Features 1. Cooking Process Management Facilitates recording and monitoring of the cooking process in the SPPG kitchen based on the established menu plan. This feature supports the management of production status, food readiness, and control of the cooking process according to operational standards. 2. Portioning Management Supports the arrangement and recording of MBG portioning based on beneficiary groups, number of portions, and distribution needs. This feature helps ensure accurate portioning, consistent presentation, and compliance with applicable standards. 3. Operational Assignment Management Facilitates the management of operational activity assignments related to MBG production, including food delivery assignments, collection of used ompreng, and washing ompreng. All assignments are recorded in a structured manner to support team coordination and traceability of field activities. With a focus on managing cooking processes, portioning, and operational assignments, the SIPGN Production Application helps improve SPPG kitchen efficiency, production accuracy, and process control as part of the integrated and sustainable Free Nutritional Meal Program.
