ASFHM QPOMS is the official Question Paper Order Management System of the Advanced Society for Headmasters and Headmistresses (ASFHM), West Bengal. The app lets ASFHM member schools manage their question paper orders for Class XI semester examinations from their phone: • Place orders — select subjects, mediums, and quantities for the active academic session and submit before the deadline. • Submit payment details — record UPI or cheque payments and upload a photo of the payment proof. • Track order status — see whether your order is submitted, payment verified, and papers dispatched. • Official notices — read circulars and announcements published by ASFHM. • School profile — keep contact details updated, and recover your registered mobile using your UDISE code. This app is intended for headmasters, headmistresses, and authorised staff of ASFHM member schools. An account registered with ASFHM is required to sign in.
