CrossTalk by Arno

CrossTalk by Arno helps you learn a language through conversation you can actually understand. Most language apps push you to memorize words, finish lessons, or speak before you are ready. CrossTalk uses a different loop: you write in the language you already know, and your AI partner replies in the language you are learning. That means every chat gives you useful target-language input without forcing you to perform perfectly. CrossTalk is based on the crosstalk language learning method. In crosstalk, each person can use their strongest language while listening to the language they want to learn. CrossTalk brings that idea into an AI chat app, so you can get understandable input anytime. How it works: • Pick a language and a topic • Reply naturally in your own language or the language you study • Receive replies in your target language • Get messages tuned slightly above your current level • Tap words and phrases when you need help • Use translations, grammar explanations, and mini-lessons only when you get stuck • Return to the same conversation and keep going CrossTalk is for learners who understand some of the language, but lose the thread when the input gets too hard. Instead of switching to a separate lesson or flashcard deck, the app teaches from the exact sentence that confused you. Use CrossTalk to: • Get more comprehensible input every day • Learn from topics you actually care about • Build vocabulary in context • Notice grammar through real examples • Practice listening before revealing text • Save useful words, grammar, and lessons • Keep conversations moving without pressure You do not need to speak perfectly to start. You need input that makes sense, support when meaning breaks, and a reason to keep reading, listening, and replying.
