ICÓNICAS is an app for tracking your personalized workout routine. It's a platform that allows us to create your program, manage your progress, and share tools, knowledge, and community with you so you can train, challenge yourself, and work on your strength and GLOW. All workouts are designed by a team of specialized trainers, and the ICÓNICAS team manages the tracking. The entire service is online and suitable for any level, as we adapt the program to each individual. We'll also include programs with guided videos where I'll support you to help you learn and stay motivated. With your subscription, you'll have access to tracking, Q&A, and reviews. Each program has a different focus, and to help you reach your goal—whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle, strength, or taking your fitness to a new level—you'll have support. Your workout metrics are shared with your trainer to design your programs. All users should consult their doctor before using this app and making any health-related decisions.
