Please disconnect any active VPN services and restart the app before attempting to update your Milos. - Some devices running Android 13 may crash or stall when starting the update process while connected to a WiFi network. If that happens on your device, disconnect from any WiFi networks (i.e. ensure you're using mobile data) then retry the update.
