1. Purpose of the Service La Chaperone offers paid private car service (VTC) and personalized assistance, bookable via the MonAppVTC application, by SMS, and by email. 2. Booking: Any ride can be booked in advance with a minimum of 10 hours' notice, subject to availability. 3. Fares and Payment • The fare is fixed at the time of booking or calculated according to the indicated price list. • Payment is made directly online securely via the application or on board in cash according to the authorized methods. 4. Tracking and Safety The application includes a geolocation function allowing live tracking of the ride. The client is solely responsible for sending the location sharing link to their contacts. 5. Responsibility and Conduct on Board • The passenger agrees to behave respectfully towards the driver and the vehicle. • The transport of unaccompanied minors is carried out under the legal responsibility of the parents or legal guardians who booked the service. 6. Personal Data Your data is collected solely for the purpose of managing your bookings and is never sold. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access and delete your data.
