THREE WAYS TO READ THE REPORT Each report comes in three formats you can switch between: • Full text — the complete report with every detail • Guided — one topic at a time, at your own pace • Audio summary — 5–6 minutes, so you can listen together in the car, on a walk, or on the couch FOCUS TRACKS — 4 WEEKS, ONE FOCUS When an area from the report feels important to work on, you can take a focus track. Personal (just for you) or together (between two of you — couple, parent and teenager, siblings). One weekly message: a small observation, a micro-experiment, and a reflection. 2–3 minutes to read. You choose the delivery day.
