FibronetCare is the application to aid in the management of patients suffering from fibromyalgia capable of synchronizing the data collected by the doctor and the remote telemonitoring functions for the patient. FibronetCare allows the reduction of visit time, thanks to the possibility for the patient to independently compile his self-assessment indices (PROs) both during the outpatient visit and at home, via telemonitoring. The Patient will also be able to monitor the progress of his self-assessment indices over time, thanks to the graphs relating to them. Each index score is assigned a color and a description, thus having a clear and simple reading of the state of health at the time of compilation. Fibronet Care includes a video call feature with clinical experts. A simple, clear and fast booking tool helps patients book the consultation with the expert at the available times.
