Pass Muggia

Official service application for managing the QR code required to access regulated areas during the evenings of the Muggia Carnival, in accordance with the provisions issued by the Municipality of Muggia. During the Carnival period, access to specific areas of the city center, identified as Blue Zone and Light Blue Zone, is subject to municipal regulation. Non-residents, except for the cases of exemption provided for by official rules, are required to obtain a personal QR code in order to access the regulated areas during the established time slots. This application allows users to: check access requirements based on their status (resident, non-resident, exempt category); request the QR code according to the procedures defined by the municipal administration, subject to a daily access limit; make the payment of the administrative fee, where applicable, as established by the Municipality; store and present the QR code at access checkpoints and during inspections. The QR code is personal, nominal, and non-transferable, and is valid only for the selected day. Authorized personnel appointed by the Municipality may request the presentation of a valid identity document to verify personal data. Any payment required, where applicable, constitutes an administrative fee of a public nature and is intended exclusively for the issuance of the QR code. The application does not sell tickets, does not provide digital content, does not guarantee access, and does not organize the event. Access conditions, schedules, exemptions, daily limits on QR code issuance, and any applicable sanctions are determined exclusively by the Municipality of Muggia through official acts and may be subject to change. Payments are processed through certified payment service providers. The application does not store payment data. This application is a public service and informational tool, designed to facilitate compliance with municipal regulations and the orderly management of access during the Carnival period. The app does not unlock digital features or in-app content through payment.
