EasyWaste is an application that allows citizens to interactively access the urban hygiene services of their municipality. Through a simple authentication procedure, the user can access further specific services and check the progress of his requests. In particular, the Easy Waste functions allow you to: 🗓️ Calendar View the complete calendar of collections scheduled in your municipality in a quick and intuitive way. 🗺️ Map of points of interest Explore the interactive map to easily locate eco-containers and facilities in your area. Just a tap on the icon is enough to access useful details and get directions. 📚 Waste Dictionary Consult the waste dictionary to find out how to properly dispose of each item. You will always be informed on how to manage separate waste collection. 📢 Reports Report any problems directly to the Urban Hygiene Services Manager. Add photos for more effective communication. 📦 Service Request Make specific service requests based on the options available in your municipality. 📊 Services Monitor Keep track of ongoing services involving your users, such as the emptying of containers, the collection of bulky items, access to the Ecocentre and the delivery or replacement of containers. 🚫 Disservice reporting Report directly to the Manager any inefficiency you encounter, such as failure to empty a container or collect bulky waste.
