Flight simulator companion app for MSFS instruments, map and controls
Plane Assist is a companion app for Microsoft Flight Simulator that helps you monitor and control important flight simulator data from your phone or tablet. The app connects to Microsoft Flight Simulator and displays real-time flight simulator information such as altitude, attitude, heading, airspeed, vertical speed, throttle, bank, pitch, and more. It is designed to work with all versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator, so you can use Plane Assist as a practical second-screen flight simulator cockpit. Plane Assist also includes a detailed street map, making it easy to see your current flight simulator location, follow your aircraft position, search around the world, and teleport your aircraft to another place in just a few seconds. You can also control key aircraft systems directly from the app, including throttle, flaps, trim, landing gear, parking brake, and other useful flight simulator controls depending on the aircraft and simulator setup. With Plane Assist 2.0, connecting is simpler than before. Install and start Plane Assist on the Windows PC running Microsoft Flight Simulator, and the app connects directly to the simulator without requiring a separate server application. On first launch, Plane Assist also configures remote access so your phone or tablet can connect from the same local network. To get started: 1. Download Plane Assist for Windows from: http://www.ivy-sm.com/planeassist 2. Start Microsoft Flight Simulator on your PC. 3. Start Plane Assist on the same PC. 4. Open Plane Assist on your phone or tablet and connect over your local network. Have fun and enjoy your flights!
