This app is for those who receive medical examination at Alpark Examination Clinic. You can answer the questionnaire in advance instead of the paper interview and the inquiry registration work that was done at the time of reception.
You can refer to the documents you want to read before the examination, such as precautions for medical examinations. In order to use this app, you will need the ID and password shown on the advance notice sheet, and your email address for confirmation. After opening the app, follow the instructions in "How to get started with the app" on the advance information sheet to operate the app.
