Afterward, you can search for medical institutions (links to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's "Medical Information Network") and search for transportation options (links to the Japan Hire-Taxi Association's "List of Prefectural Associations" (taxi search) and the Fire and Disaster Management Agency's "List of Businesses Published on Each Prefecture's Website (Patient Transport Business Search)").
