It is an application for conducting a nursing care certification survey in Osaka City. It is used by businesses requested by the city of Osaka to carry out surveys and submit survey forms.
You can enter basic survey items and special notes in the certification survey and submit them by electric transmission. ■ Input of basic survey items ■ Input of special notes ■ Entering memos ■ Shooting reference materials ■ Submission of survey form It can be used on tablet devices of 10 inches or more. Not available on smartphones and tablets smaller than 10 inches. This application is free. There is no charge for viewing each information (communication charges for downloading the application and submitting the transmission will be charged separately).
