m-Dharura is an electronic system that runs on both web and mobile devices that enhances Event-Based Surveillance in Kenya, by collecting, analyzing and communicating any information that poses public health risk in an electronic and in a real time manner. It provides a fast and direct way for community health providers and healthcare workers to report unusual health events that might signal a public health threat.
