The "Algerian Customs Law" program presents the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria regarding Algerian customs. This program allows easy browsing and searching of these laws, making them available to anyone interested in this field (customs, international trade, freight transport, warehouses, etc.). This program includes the laws issued in the Official Gazette of the Algerian State up to issue 84, dated December 26, 2024. Additionally, the law on combating smuggling (Order No. 05-06) is added. In addition, it includes implementing texts related to articles within this law. It also includes a table of goods subject to movement permits (Decree dated Dhu al-Qi'dah 13, 1440, corresponding to July 16, 2019, defining the list of goods subject to movement permits in the land area of ​​the customs territory).
