Send and receive text messages on your mobile phone from the PC-CRM. The connection between the app and the PC-CRM is securely double-checked using passwords and encryption. Optional Functions: 1) A single click to make a call from the linked mobile phone within the customer management program (CRM) on your PC will place the call. 2) When a call comes in on your mobile phone, the PC CRM program finds the customer information and displays a pop-up window on the screen. 3) If the CRM requests a text message, the mobile phone will send the message. (You can use free text messages provided by your mobile carrier.) 4) When a text message arrives on your mobile phone, the CRM receives and records it. 5) Linking with the PC CRM requires permission to access (password setting) from the app.
