This app is not a standalone app, and depending on whether the device is supported, customers must install this app to use the 'HelpU Remote Support' app. *** caution *** - This app uses AccessibilityService to enable agent touch control and keyboard input during remote control. - This app does not operate alone, and if remote control of the screen being shared is required while using the HelpU remote support app, it assists the remote support app that is installed and launched first. - If you do not install this app, you will not be able to use the function to control and manipulate the screen shared remotely by an agent while using the HelpU remote support service.
