Real Estate Agent Past Questions is a study app created by Craftory for the multiple-choice questions section of the Real Estate Agent exam. You can solve and review the five subjects for the first and second rounds—excluding calculation problems—all within a single app. It contains 1,231 questions from the past 10 years (2016–2025). You can divide the five subjects among yourself, such as selecting only Introduction to Real Estate today and only Public Real Estate Law next time. By selecting a specific year, you can view recent past exam questions first or revisit sessions you have already solved. The focus is on multiple-choice verbal questions that can be solved without a calculator. For the first round, you can alternate between Introduction to Real Estate and Civil Law, while for the second round, you can select only the necessary subjects from the Licensed Real Estate Brokerage Act, Public Real Estate Law, and Real Estate Disclosure Act. Public Law allows you to narrow the scope further, such as the National Land Planning Act and the Urban and Housing Act, so you do not have to review a wide range of laws at once. Real Estate Tax Law was excluded from the collection due to the high proportion of calculation-based questions. You can check the scope of the app in advance and focus on solving past exam questions for the five subjects you need. Solve and Review Your answers are graded immediately upon submission, and incorrect questions are automatically collected in your error notebook. When re-solving only incorrect answers, you can select the subjects and years for the first and second rounds, allowing you to review the extensive exam scope by cutting it into sections as needed. You can find the entire question and answer choices using the question search function. Since you can search by entering only the initial consonant or alphabet, you can find relevant questions using only legal terms or expressions you remember. Collect questions to review in Bookmarks, and record confusing provisions or standards in Question Notes. In Learning Statistics, you can check correct answer rates, progress, and attendance records by subject. On tablets, you can view questions and explanations side-by-side. Explanations Explanations are available for 969 questions (78.7%). For statute questions, the grounds have been identified by checking the relevant provisions. To avoid filling explanations with unverified information, explanations have not been provided for questions with unclear grounds. User Guide You can solve all questions for free, and advertisements will be displayed.
