Manage calls and listen to recordings: • Get a summary of received, missed, and made calls for the day; • Find specific calls in the call log and listen to their recordings (in accelerated mode if necessary); • Analyze statistics for a selected period directly on your phone screen. Manage telephony through the mobile app: • Set up call processing rules; • Enable call forwarding; • Add and edit users and departments. To log in to the app, simply enter your virtual telephony username and password.
