This application is an electronic version of the rules of Russian spelling and punctuation, which were approved by the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, the Ministry of Higher Education of the USSR and the Ministry of Education of the RSFSR in 1956 and are still valid today. This set of rules for the Russian language is intended to serve as the main source for compilers of textbooks, dictionaries of the Russian language, special dictionaries, encyclopedias and reference books, and is also a necessary practical guide for everyone who is interested in the issues of Russian spelling. In the application, all the rules are neatly and clearly designed, there is a quick search, and all functions work without an Internet connection.
