Sken is a financial management application in Montenegro that helps you better control your expenses. It gives you a detailed insight into how much you spend on food, shopping, recreation, education and various other things. And it stores digital versions of scanned receipts - you never know when you might need them. Scan the QR code from the bill And that's all you have to do. Scan works for you and keeps all your accounts in one place. Automated categorization As soon as you scan the receipt, Scan in the background works for you. We automatically categorize your accounts and give you an overview of where you spend your money every month. Weekly and monthly consumption statistics With Sken, you will find out how much you spend on food, shopping and various other things every month, and in the advanced statistics you will also find details about the consumption for the selected period. Manual cost entry The application also allows manual entry of expenses, so you have complete freedom to add those expenses for which you do not have an invoice or if for some reason the invoice cannot be scanned. Edit existing accounts You can additionally edit all invoices in Scan - both manually entered, where you can change all the data, and scanned invoices where you can change the payment date. Record of regular expenses You can immediately transfer invoices that are repeated from month to month (rents, subscriptions, etc.) into a regular expense, and the application will automatically repeat the expense on the scheduled date. You can additionally set regular (fixed) costs in a separate section within your Scan profile. Splitting costs into installments Entered invoices for the full amount, you can divide them into installments. You define the date of the first installment, the number of monthly installments, and that's it - Sken will automatically divide this cost and schedule outflows in the future. As soon as you do that, in the special My installments section, you get the option to manage installments (early repayments, etc.). Loading a QR code from a file Share the invoice that you receive by email with the Scan application and the cost will be recorded immediately. The same applies to images containing a QR code for fiscalization. Also, Sken can process the link of the fiscalized account itself. While on the page in the browser, share the link to Sken and your expenses will be updated. Suggestions for categorizing the place of purchase There are a lot of good places that you visit and love, and we don't always have good enough information about them. Scan offers you the possibility to suggest a better name and category than what we have on the system, for all new shopping places that have not yet been verified. Join us!
