The CFEcontigo APP is designed to: facilitate the payment of your services using bank credit and debit cards; request a recurring charge to pay for your service; pay with BBVA points; check your balance and download your latest receipt; locate the 10 closest Customer Service Centers; report power supply failures in your service; activate your electronic receipt (paperless); calculate your subsequent consumption in a simulated way and pay reminders. To obtain the precise address of the nearest Customer Service Centers you must activate your location and to receive payment reminders you will have to activate the application's push messages.
