The Oaxaca App system is a comprehensive platform for managing digital procedures for the Government of the State of Oaxaca. Its objective is to modernize the way citizens access, request, and track their procedures, ensuring a streamlined, secure, and transparent experience. Mobile App The mobile app functions as the main interface between citizens and the digital procedures ecosystem. The following features are enabled from it: Browse and request procedures: The user can view the catalog of available procedures and select the one they wish to initiate. Dynamic forms: Each procedure is managed through dynamically generated forms, adapted to the type of information required. Real-time tracking: The app displays procedures in progress, completed procedures with observations or errors, and procedures that have been successfully completed. Digital Wallet: Successfully completed procedures generate official documents (e.g., certificates, licenses, and certificates), which can be viewed and stored within the digital wallet module.
