Control your services online. Check the availability and expenditure of funds, top up your Personal Account online, order "Have a nice day!", see detailed call statistics. Features of the my TENET application: view the availability of funds on the Account; payment for services online without commission using Visa/Mastercard; adding "Regular payment" and managing it; viewing the quantity and cost of services rendered; view detailed payment statistics; viewing detailed statistics of incoming and outgoing calls: phone numbers, duration and cost of each call, the amount of expenses in the current month; ordering the service "Have a nice day!"; MAC address change; viewing TENET news, scheduled maintenance, Internet connection status for remote network availability check; type of Internet connection ("copper cable", "PON", etc.) and line status ("Line connected", "Waiting for connection", etc.); the balance of each individual Personal Account for the convenience of monitoring each of them. Authorization in the my TENET application is possible only with the Personal Account number and administrator password. These data are indicated on the subscriber's registration card (form No. 2) from the package of documents received upon connection.
