The mobile app supports three major functionalities. 1. Asset Management 2. Support Tickets for the users to access the systems 3. Approval process for approving access requests. The on-ground agents can check for their assigned tickets and update the details of the location, actions and submit for approval. Once the tickets are approved, notification is sent across and the remaining actions can be performed.
