Citizens can benefit from administrative services either remotely or on site. Their transactions are secured by biometric or 3D secure authentica-tions. Agents at administrations on the other hand have access to all the requests. They can process requests and sign them electronically using class A3 certificate issued by the country’s CA. Documents provided by Wraqi plateform are in-stantly verified using the QR code, and by a unique reference.
