FFD Wellness App

The Fresno Fire Department Wellness App is a digital companion to the FFD's wellness program—built by Fresno Fire firefighters. This app provides physical fitness programs, nutrition resources, and mental health resources. The app provides you with on-demand access to: Structured Workouts – Strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery sessions. Fitness Assessments – Track your annual strength, endurance, and aerobic benchmarks with firehouse-friendly testing protocols. Mental Fitness Tools – Build psychological resilience with PERMA-based strategies, stress check-ins, and guided mental skills training. Wellness Tracking – Log workouts, sleep, fatigue, and hydration, with integrated prompts for recovery and readiness. Built in collaboration with firefighters, peer fitness trainers, and health professionals, the FFD Wellness App is your tool for achieving high levels of wellness.
